2012Range Rover Evoque - Running fine, parked in garage. Next morning it had zero power. I attempted to jump start and the same issue. It appears my wife shut the vehicle off before placing it in Park and the old battery, coupled with the Aux battery still did not have enough to automatically shift to Park.

4posts · Joined 2018. #1 · Jan 1, 2020. Stop start is not working and boot doesn't always close so pretty sure its down to the secondary battery. When talked it through at Land Rover they said they would need to put it on the diagnostics at £120 to tell me the problem. They also said that it had to be reprogrammed if a new one was put in.
Thebatteries i mentioned are located in the Telematics Module that is situated behind the dash and are around about £36.00 each and then the hourly cost of the dealer to fit them. Ihave a 2012 Range Rover Evoque and have been getting the Transmission Fault Message. I called the dealership who said to bring it in (2 hours away). Before I had time to bring it in, I went to start the vehicle in the morning for work and it wouldn't start. I can't get it into neutral to to even get it towed.
