I have not installed GTAV/IV but from experience I remember with EA games and even uplay you may need to launch the game first when you have internet access and then it should work (at least for a week) so back with my old laptop before I was going on vacation (no internet phone service spotty at best so hotspot won’t work) I would launch those games and then
