The P01 features a frame rail for mounting combat lights and laser devices. Like the original CZ 75, the P01 pistol uses a double-action trigger system. The first shot is a long press that both cocks and drops the hammer. The pistol fires and the slide cocks the hammer for subsequent single-action fire. If your going compact i reccomend the standard (non Omega) P-01's as it will be the same internally as a SP-01. Even though the Omega is simpler to work on (less parts) the 75 trigger is superior. I have 3 CZ's with Omega triggers and two 75's (SP-01, P-01) both decocker models. The standard trigger system just feels better as it is smoother The distance between the front and back sight is longer which is better for accuracy and the gun has a little more weight in the front which will soak up the recoil and make it so the gun doesn't flip up as much. The P-01 will be easier to conceal because it'll be a little smaller. But the P-01 will still be great at the range, don't get me wrong. CZ P01 and Gen 4 Glock 23. This pistol is a double action, meaning after the first trigger pull, the hammer is locked. The trigger is curved but smooth. From a double action, the trigger pull is about 12 lbs. But from a single action, it is a VERY crisp 3.5 lbs. It has a solid break and a nice reset. LEKfFp.
