I have the Koss KSC75 headphones, which have hooks that clip around the ears, what you see here is the drivers from KSC75 that have been combined with a headband from Koss Porta Pro headphones. KSC75 can be had for $20 whereas Porta Pro are about $50. But I think it's totally worth.

Koss PortaPro's review I recently had the joy of picking up a pair of these things for $28 with the Kramer mod, and also included with this was the KSC75 ear clips (currently wearing those!) and a pair of VE Monks which have been abandoned for now. I own all the koss products that tend to get mentioned a lot. (Porta Pro, KSC75, KPH30i, KPH40 with yaxi pads and other mods).
